Somewhere along the lines I heard (or read) someone say they were doing their house up big this year because their subdivision is the “place to be” for trick or treating in the area….
It stuck with me… because OUR subdivision is definitely the place to be to Trick or Treat… so after talking with Aaron… we started ordering all the things!
Turns out, Amazon had all the answers! EXCEPT for one…
The start of our Halloween decorations came from ME!! The matching Garland and Frankie wreath were made by yours truly!! the replays for these two masterpieces can be found inside the Creative Coaching group! If you are not a current member, you can learn more by visiting www.creativecoachmel.com .
The large orange pumpkins came from Hobby Lobby a couple years ago, my husband Aaron made the small wooden pumpkins, Lanterns are from Ikea and the black and white outdoor rug can be found here: https://amzn.to/3a7JPLI

Look how stinkin cute these Halloween decorations are!!!
The rest is all Aaron… he is always a trooper at making my crazy visions come to life!!!
As an adult… these lantern solar walkway lights are my favorites!!! They look like little fire lighting!!! nice little glow to add ambience to any outdoor sitting!

LOL the kid in me loves everything else lol
Since we have two children we had to bring in their favorites… the skeleton Unicorn https://amzn.to/2WDYMSq and the Pirate Dinosaur https://amzn.to/2YeTPjB are so stinkin cute! Then we added two pumpkin inflatables to add to the cluster! This is the tall stacked pumpkins https://amzn.to/3A4ullX , this is the long pumpkin spread: https://amzn.to/2YrWdnj

We have a few clusters around the house since we are on the corner… this cluster is in the center of the yard… this was also the best place to add the taller inflatables! Frankie was supposed to be the theme… then it grew to all Halloween things!
10ft Frankie, https://amzn.to/3mgRtZy 12ft Ghost, https://amzn.to/3AcOVRc 10ft Witch, https://amzn.to/3uDJh9C Short Ghosts, https://amzn.to/2YnjxCM last in this picture is another pumpkin spread just like the link above!

Rounding the corner we have a huge spider and a few more ghosts and another pumpkin stack that creep right out to the street. Being on the corner we wanted to make sure everyone driving through the sub and walking around for Halloween had something cute to look at. NOTE: during the day, the spider body is white, you start to see it light up orange at night when it’s dark. I’ll admit, the spider is pretty cool!

Along our fence we added these huge furry spiders and a lice little glow with the lights! I was totally skeptical when the lights showed up because they seemed so small… but they have a pretty good presence on the fence, much brighter than I thought… AND they have several settings so they can stay on solid, blink or do all sorts of fun tricks lol.
In fact, we liked them so much we ordered more to add to the trees!

Aaron is so into it that he ordered a few more inflatables… he has a new found love for Star Wars this year so I guess it’s fitting!!
We haven’t received them in the mail as of yet but I’ll post pictures when they are up for you to see what they look like.
Mandalorian: https://amzn.to/3uMpo0k , The Child with a bag of tricks: https://amzn.to/3l56j6e
All of the extension cords and timers were purchased from Lowe’s, Home Depot and Menards at Christmas time. Remember to use electrical tape around all the connections to keep the water out!
We hope you enjoyed the Facebook live where I was giving the first round look at the decorations, if you weren’t able to view it you can see it here… starts off with a Christmas tree and we venture outside to check out the Halloween decorations…
Thanks for reading and always supporting Sincerely Creative Mom
